Would you like to join the national effort in helping to bring missing children home to their families? It's hard for us to read the statistics above. One wonders how the families of these children feel. As you can tell from recent news coverage of missing and murdered children from various parts of the U.S., child abduction is a real issue for many families with children. Photo identification is often the main reason missing children are found alive and well. The urge to help another human being and do something good is something every person will feel someday.
Here's your chance to help. The best thing about helping is that you don't have to donate any money, just your time and prayers.
By helping with photo dissemination throughout your community and offering prayers for their safe return home. Together, we can all make a big difference in a missing child's life. Please visit the Polly Klaas Foundation and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to learn how to help with photo distribution today; they will guide you step by step in learning how to make a difference.
Let's join together and put a stop to child abduction around the world. A missing child's flyer distributed by you could help locate a small child and bring them home to their family in no time. A little effort from us could save a child's life.
Photo identification helps bring missing children home The free albums that we are distributing nationwide contains pictures of missing children that have been reported as missing by their families to law enforcement. It is our fondest hope that by looking through these free picture albums, that someone may recognize a missing child and alert the authorities and law enforcement as soon as possible. Many thanks to the Polly Klaas Foundation for guiding us. Our mission is to create and mail out as many of these free albums with photos of missing children as we can. We do not seek donations for this purpose, as we are not a non-profit, and are funding this mission on our own. This album can also be placed at your place of work or business so that people can go through it and perhaps recognize a missing child. Each album contains the photos of many missing, lost, abducted, molested and murdered children from each state in the U.S. Some are runaways and some have been abducted by total strangers from right outside their homes. Whether this album is placed in a place of worship or your business/work place, it can make a big difference in a missing child's life. We are trying to raise awareness about this tragic issue and yet easily avoidable problem by creating special Prayer Albums containing photos of missing children for churches, synagogues and temples around the nation so that people can offer silent prayer for the missing as well as flip through the album and see if they recognize a child. Please offer prayer The churches and places of worship that have accepted this Free Missing Children's Prayer Album have chosen to place it in their prayer rooms or devotion area where prayers are said for the children 24 hours a day. People are then invited to look through the album and say a prayer or two of their own.
No money is involved and we are not asking for donations, only your time, prayers and help. We will carry all preparatory and mailing costs. It doesn't matter which state you're from. All you have to do is talk to the folks at your chosen place of worship and ask them to place this special Free Missing Children's Prayer Album there. If you'd like to place the flyers of missing children in your state at your work place, local gas station, business or local Boys and Girls Club, pre-printed flyers will be sent out to you.
Please email us or write to us at the following address for more information on how to help:
If you are unable to place one of our Free Missing Children's Prayer Albums at your place of worship, then we invite you to say a prayer privately and light a small white candle for all those children who have gone missing and are lost.
Thank you and God bless you.
Albums for the Missing is not a non-profit and does not ask for or collect any donations. We are not affiliated with any child recovery agency. This is a personal and family effort that is devoted to spreading the word about how local communities can help bring lost and missing children home.
